The breakpoint will not currently be hit. Debugging problem

Today I'm fighting with VS and debugger issue.

I've placed breakpoint in source but I'm seeing yellow warning:

"The breakpoint will not currently be hit. No symbols have been loaded for this document"

What I've tried / checked to sort this out

1. Checked if I'm in DEBUG mode (it was)
2. Cleaned solution (didnt help)
3. Removed all files from OBJ and BIN folders (helped!)
